Welcome back to Cocktails with Lo.!
It’s been AGES since I’ve posted some cocktail recipes – in fact it’s been awhile since I posted at all.! I just wasn’t feeling very motivated there for awhile but I’m just back from my hollipops and ready to start blogging again and what better way to celebrate but with a cocktail.!
So I found some really cool gin inspired cocktail recipes if you feel like you need something a bit more than a classic gin & tonic 🍸
Pink Gin Spritz Prosecco Cocktail
What you’ll need:
2 Measures of Gordon’s Pink Gin
2 Measures of Lemonade
1 Measure of Prosecco
Ice
Strawberries
Serves 1
In a fancy gin glass add your ice followed by the gin, lemonade and prosecco. Add some straberries for decoration
Blueberry Lemon & Cucumber Mojito
What you’ll need:
Blueberries
Soda Water
1 Measure of Lemon Juice
Cucumber
Mint Leaves
2 Measures of Gin (of your choice)
Serves 1
Grab that fancy gun glas and pop a few blueberries into the glass (cush them with a spoon). Add your ice, some mint leaves, a few slices of cucumber, gin, lemon juice and top it up with soda water. Give it a good mix and enjoy.!
