Cocktails with Lo | Strawberry Daiquiri
The sun is shining and it’s a bank holiday weekend can only mean one thing – cocktails.!! Its super warm out – can you believe this weather? We’re currently getting 26°C here in the West of Ireland and it feels like we’re on holidays …and lets face it this is as close as we’re gonna get to holidays this year.
So let’s talk cocktails… here’s what you’ll need to make some frozen strawberry daiquiris:
100g of frozen strawberries
few ice ice cubes
Juice of 1/2 a lime
1 1/2 spoons of sugar
100ml of rum
Serves 1
Mix the strawberries, lime juice, sugar, ice and rum in a blender until smooth. Add a lime wedge to the glass to decorate (optional) and enjoy.!
Perfect thing to sit outside in the sunshine with – all we’re missing is a pool.!!
