What you need:

1 Measure of Pineapple Juice

1/2 Measure of Blue Curacao

1/2 Measure of Light Rum

1/2 Measure of Cream of Coconut

1 Slices of Pineapple

4 Ice Cubes

Severes 1

Mix pineapple juice, blue curacao, light rum, cream of coconut and ice in a blender until smooth.

Serve immediately in fancy cocktail glass of your choice and decorate with a pineapple slice.
