Festival Feels with Pretty Little Thing | AD

Beyond excited to say that post is in collaboration with PrettyLittleThing.! As you may know I’m a massive fan of PLT and when they reached out to work with me on their new festival campaign I immediately said yes as their festival gear is always amazing (as is all their stock.!) and this year was no exception. I took inspiration from seeing everyones Coachella looks and took to the PLT festival selection to pick out a festival frock…

Honestly it was so hard to choose just one look as the PLT festival range is seriously on point this season.! The one thing I love about festival fashion and the main thing to keep in mind when shopping for an outfit is that there are no rules – go crazy and just have fun with it.!

Shop my look below:

Silver Sequin Disc Shift Dress
Neon Pink Knitted Shaggy Cardigan
Black Triple Strap Buckle Biker Boot
PLT Chunky Blue Glitter Pot
Iridescent Skiing Festival Goggles

My main thing was to find a pair for stylish yet comfortable shoes so you can dance in the field to your heart’s content and I really think I found them in this boot.! Like they are super comfy.!! Top Tip though is to wear these boots half zipped to leave room for leg movement (lol if that makes any sense.!)

Obsessed with this disc dress, I love it.! Like when else would you get the opportunity to wear something this mad – its fab.! (You will definitely hear me before you  see me in this though) To soften up the look and to keep me cozy I added this cute shaggy cardigan – I’m obsessed with this style of cardigan I have one in yellow and love it.! Its super cozy so great to pair with your festival frock for when the sun goes down or lets face it for the general Irish weather.

To adhere this wonderful glitter I used the NYX glitter glue – which you can also get on the PLT site – and my god it really works. I mean really works like that glitter is going nowhere.! It took me ages to get off my face and even then my sister kept pointing out specs of glitter on my face when I thought I finally won the glitter removal war. If you don’t feel like getting the glue (and when I say glue picture a tacky base as opposed to lash glue for example) I spotted on Pinterest the other day that Vaseline works well too.

You could always go the whole hog and add some more glitter to your collarbone and also in the roots of your hair between some braids would be really cute.! I love Pinterest for inspiration. Of course I had to go even more extra and get those Mad Max inspired goggles – which I think tie the whole look together quite nicely.!

I had so much fun in this outfit – it honestly gave me life.! I cannot wait to wear this outfit again.! I might rejig it a bit and add a black tee inside the dress and lose the head piece for the spice girls gig at the end of the month. I also can’t wait to start incorporating these pieces into my wardrobe – I’ve already turned these boots into one of my daily go to’s and wear the cardigan every chance I get.!

So whether your heading off to Electric Picnic or you’re looking for something to spice up your summer wardrobe I hope this post gives you some inspiration. I’ve told myself that this time next year I’ll be the girl posing in front of the Coachella  ferris wheel for the gram in this PrettyLittleThing outfit.!
